Learner activity and usage
In short
Usage shows whether learners make progress, and Activity shows who comes back and what they do.
Open Analytics and click the Usage tab.
Check Never started. These learners enrolled but did nothing yet, so they are the most likely to ask for a refund.
In Course engagement, read the Biggest drop-off column. It names the lesson after which the most learners stopped.
Click the Activity tab for a weekly view and a feed of what learners did.
Returning learners shows how many people from each weekly intake are still active.
Good to know
Active learners counts anyone who finished a lesson, bought something, posted, joined a live session, handed in an assignment or signed in.
Devices and browsers come from sign-ins, from the day recording started.
Changes made by your team are in the Audit Log, not here.
