How much storage do I have, and what counts?
In short
Your plan sets your storage, and the Files page shows how much you have used and what is using it.
Where to look
Open Files in the Content Library. The storage bar shows how much of your plan you have used, split by product.
What counts
Every file your academy stores, once. That includes course videos and lesson files, images in lessons, certificate images, community files, digital product files, submitted assignments, quiz images and website images.
Shared files
Copying a course or chapter shares its files, so you pay for storage once. Used in shows how many places use a file.
Reclaimable space
Lists unused, failed and untracked files, largest first. It is the quickest way to free up room.
Good to know
At 80% and again when full, admins get an email and a banner. At 100%, new uploads pause, including learners' submissions.
Bandwidth is an estimate: each video a learner opens counts its full size.
Only admins can open the Files page.
