Checking your academy health and storage
In short
The Health page shows whether your site and storage are working, and how much of your storage plan you have used.
Open Health in the admin menu, under System. The colours mean Operational, Degraded, Down or Not monitored.
Read the storage line to see how much you have used out of your plan.
Check the split between file storage and Video storage.
Refresh the page to check again. The page only shows information, so there is nothing to change here.
What happens next
If you are close to your limit, open Files to see what takes space. You also get an alert at 80% and at 100% of your plan. Read Managing your files and videos next.
