How do I unpublish or archive a course safely?
In short
Unpublish hides a course while you fix it and Archive retires it, but neither one deletes anything.
Open the course. The buttons are at the top right.
Click Unpublish to hide it for now, or Archive to retire it.
To bring it back, click Publish.
What happens next
A draft or archived course cannot be bought, and learners cannot open it until you publish it again.
Your lessons, prices and learners stay as they are.
Good to know
If a bundle includes the course, the bundle shows a warning until the course is published again.
Unpublishing frees one place on a trial plan, which limits how many products can be published.
To remove a course for good, use Delete in the course menu instead.
