A learner says a lesson video will not play. Check these, most likely first.

Still stuck? Note the course, the chapter and what the learner sees, then contact TEACHNIQ support.

  1. Is it ready?: find the video in Files. Encoding means it is still being prepared, so wait. Failed or Upload incomplete means upload it again where it is used.

  2. Their access: open the course's Users tab and check the learner's access is active and has not expired.

  3. A drip lock: a locked section shows "Unlocks" with a date, or "Complete Section 1 to unlock". Free preview chapters are never locked.

  4. Another device: if you restrict parallel logins, a newer sign-in signs the learner out here.

  5. Their browser: ask the learner to reload the page, then try another browser or connection.
