Which emails does my academy send?
In short
Your academy sends emails for learning, payments and accounts, and you can switch each one on or off.
Learning and course updates
Live session, Course expiry (7 days before access ends), Assignment reviewed, Quiz marked, Webinar registration confirmed and Webinar reminder.
Payments and subscriptions
Purchase successful, Subscription payment failed, Bundle autopay reminder (3 days before renewal) and Subscription ended.
Accounts and communication
Product assigned, Account invite, Password reset, Sign-in code for the mobile app, Contact reply, and Storage alert when storage reaches 80%.
Coming soon
Drip, Funnel, User group and Direct emails. You can edit them now, and they send once the feature is live.
Where to manage them
Email Settings turns each email on or off. The Send all notifications switch at the top pauses all of them.
Email Templates is where you change the wording and the footer image.
Outbox lists every email sent and what happened to it.
