What are transaction fees on my plan?
In short
A small percentage of each sale is billed to your academy every month, and learners never see or pay it.
Your rate
Set by your plan, or a custom rate from your account manager. Open Billing and scroll to Transaction fees to see it.
How it builds up
Fees add up through the month. No fee is taken during your free trial. A refund credits back its share on a later bill.
Your monthly bill
Made on the 1st for the month before. Under Rs 100 or $2 there is no bill, and the amount carries over. Indian academies pay GST on top.
How you pay
On a monthly plan in good standing, the bill joins your next renewal. Otherwise press Pay on the bill. Only admins can pay.
If a bill stays unpaid
By default a red banner shows from day 5, and the academy pauses at day 10 until you pay. Nothing is deleted.
Good to know
Every paid bill gets a numbered invoice that you can open from the table on Billing.
The Billing page spells out your academy's own days in the line that starts "If a bill stays unpaid".
Think a bill is wrong? Contact support. A bill can be waived, and a waived bill never locks your academy.
