  • Admin

Runs the academy. Opens the whole admin console, including settings, payments, files and webinars.

  • Instructor

Teaches only the courses you assign. Sees just those courses' Curriculum and Users tabs.

ExampleA guest teacher for one course.

  • Learner

Buys and takes courses. The role list calls this role Student.

Good to know

  • Change a role from the Users list or from the person's Settings tab. You answer a short sum first.

  • Your plan sets how many seats each role has. With no free seat, the change is refused.

  • You choose an instructor's courses when you add them. They cannot be edited afterwards yet.

  • Accounts that already have the older Moderator or TA role keep working. You cannot give those roles to anyone new.
