How do I remove access or block a learner?
In short
Remove one course from a learner, or delete their account; there is no separate block button.
Open Users, click the learner, and find the course on the Courses tab.
Click Remove, then confirm in the window that opens.
The course leaves their list.
To remove the whole account, click the delete icon on their row in Users.
Good to know
Removing a course only takes away that course. The account stays.
Deleting an account asks you to answer a short sum first.
The other tabs, such as bundles and webinars, work the same way, with their own Remove buttons.
