How does my free trial work, and what happens when it ends?
In short
A free trial lets you try TEACHNIQ with a small amount of content, and paying lifts every limit at once.
New academies start on a free trial, 14 days by default. You can build everything. These default limits keep the trial small, and your TEACHNIQ contact can raise them for your academy.
Published products
Up to 2 at a time, counted across courses, bundles, communities, digital products and webinars. Drafts are unlimited, and unpublishing frees a place.
Learners
Up to 5. Admins and instructors are not counted.
Videos
Up to 5 uploads. Copying a course shares the same video, so a copy does not use another place.
Paid sales
Off. Free products still enrol people, and learners see "This academy is not taking payments yet."
Custom domain and mobile app builds
Off until you pay.
Emails
Up to 10 a day.
When the trial ends
Open Billing and choose a plan at any time. Paying lifts every limit straight away.
By default you get reminder emails 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
With no plan, the academy locks. Nothing is deleted. Read What happens at the end of a trial or a failed payment? for the details.
